Refund Policy for Subscriptions and Tokens

1. Overview

Our subscription model is based on tokens that are used for AI generation and workspace actions. Because tokens are consumed once used, refunds are generally not available. This policy explains our approach to refunds for purchased tokens and the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

2. Subscription Details

We offer monthly and annual subscriptions which provide access to persistent data storage and a monthly allotment of tokens. Tokens reset at the start of each subscription period. Workspace access, storage, and related limits depend on your selected plan and account status.

3. Refunds for Purchased Tokens

Purchased tokens are non-refundable once used for AI generation or other workspace actions. In rare exceptional circumstances, refunds for purchased tokens may be considered. Any such refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Tokens

Tokens that are acquired through referrals or other promotional means are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation and Its Effects

If you cancel your subscription, you may lose access to both your tokens and data storage immediately, or at the end of your current billing cycle, at our discretion. Please review your subscription terms carefully before cancellation.
