Add or update your credit card or other payment information. This page outlines accepted methods and explains how to manage your billing details securely through Stripe.

Accepted Payment Methods

We partner with Stripe to process payments securely. We accept the following major credit and debit cards:

Visa
Mastercard
American Express
Other Major Cards

Additionally, we support Link by Stripe for a faster checkout experience.

Link: A secure, 1-click checkout service by Stripe. You can opt-in to save your details during checkout for faster payments.

Adding Your Payment Method (Initial Subscription)

You will add your payment method when you first subscribe to a paid ML Clever plan. After selecting your plan, you'll be directed to a secure Stripe Checkout page.

On this page, provide your Email, Card Information, Name, and Billing Address.

Review the details and click "Subscribe" to confirm.

Managing Existing Payment Methods

To update your card details, change your default method, or remove a card, use the secure Stripe Customer Portal accessed via the "Manage Billing" button in your ML Clever account settings.

Add: Add additional cards.

Update: Modify expiration or billing address.

Set Default: Choose the primary card.

Remove: Delete cards (ensure one valid method remains for active subs).

The Stripe Customer Portal also allows you to view billing history and download invoices.

Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payment information.

Direct Handling by Stripe: All payment information is entered directly into Stripe's secure environment.

No Storage by ML Clever: We do not store your full card number. We only use references provided by Stripe.

Industry Standards: Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified.

Billing Issues & Failed Payments

Failed payments are often due to expired cards, incorrect details, or insufficient funds.

You will typically receive email notifications from Stripe if a payment fails.

Please use the "Manage Billing" button to access the Stripe Portal and update your payment information promptly.
