Access and download your past billing invoices. All billing records are securely stored and managed through our payment processor, Stripe, via their customer portal.
Your invoice history is accessed via the secure Stripe Customer Portal by following these steps:
Ensure you are logged into your ML Clever account.
Go to the Account > Pricing / Subscription page within the application.
Locate and click the button labeled Manage Billing.
You will be securely redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal. Look for a section titled Invoice History or Billing History.
This section lists all your past transactions and invoices.

You can download PDF copies of your invoices directly from the Stripe Customer Portal.
Automatic Generation: Invoices are generated automatically by Stripe at the start of each billing cycle.
Invoice Discrepancies: If you find an error on an invoice, please contact ML Clever support with the invoice number and details.
Access Issues: Ensure you are logged into ML Clever before clicking Manage Billing. Contact support if problems persist.
